Reports To: Sales Manager

Job Type: Full-time

 

Summary

 

The Sales Agent will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing sales opportunities for Atom Tooling Technology, Inc. They will work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide solutions, and build lasting relationships that drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate is proactive, customer-oriented, and possesses strong communication and negotiation skills.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  1. Sales Development:
    • Identify and research potential clients and market segments.

    • Generate leads through various methods such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.

    • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects.

  2.  Client Engagement:

    • Initiate contact with potential clients to understand their needs and present suitable product or service solutions.
    • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospects.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  3. Sales Execution:
    • Negotiate terms and close sales agreements in line with company policies and objectives.
    • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
    • Ensure all sales documentation is accurately completed and recorded.
  4. Market Analysis:

    • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.
    • Provide feedback and insights on market developments to the sales manager.
  5. Customer Service:

    • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
    • Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
  6. Collaboration:
    • Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute sales strategies.

    • Coordinate with the product development team to relay customer feedback and market demands.

  7. Reporting:
    • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
    • Track and analyze key performance metrics.
  8. Compliance:
    • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including ethical standards and compliance regulations.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a sales role, preferably in tooling, fabrication, and manufacturing.

 

Skills:

 

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets.

  • Proficiency in ERP software and Google Workspace.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Working Conditions:

Compensation:

 

  • Base Salary + Performance-based commission structure.
